The Mark of Athena, written by Rick Riordan, is a fantasy book about the Greek and Romans gods. A continuation of the Percy Jackson series and the third book in the Heroes of Olympus series, this book follows 7 demigods: Leo, Piper, Jason, Hazel, Frank, Percy, and Annabeth and how they must search for the Athena Parthenos to unite two camps, the Greek camp called Camp Half-Blood and the Roman Camp called Camp Jupiter, who have been launched into a battle by Gaea, the goddess of the Earth, who is trying to awaken and destroy the world and doesn’t want the camps to stand in her way.
