summer ball by mike lucpica
Imagine a place were you eat, sleep and drink basketball well this is the most challenging basket ball camp in the USA. Danny loves basketball and so do his two best friends Will and Ty. They get sent to the camp and face some of the hardest challenges they will ever face. A amazing piece of literature written by Mike Lucpica .. In no doubt this book is a great sports book and should be read by all sports fanatics.
The way that Danny advances is mind boggling. He starts out as the laughing stock at camp and works his way to the top. His friends Will and Ty help him. He makes friends with old enemies. The most exciting parts are how he manages to impress coach powers.
Most of the time Danny just loves basketball. He gets so many put downs but he struggles to be on top. Every time he proves to other players wrong. The camp almost makes him quit basketball. Danny has the will to succeed.
I would give this book a 7 out of 10.
