Trapped in Society
The writing titled Trapped in Society, written by Autumn Antnson, talks about looks in today's society. Her writing left me feeling impacted. This Article is very important. After reading it I thought, 'wow I can relate.' The article is about how society has such huge expectations on how a girl should look. For example in the article it says, "...but the girls in the photographs are like sticks." The article showed how that made the girl very insecure and worried about how they should look. I constantly hear my friends saying they need to lose weight and how they wish they had certain things to make them look better. The article also said, "The girl hasn't eaten in two days." It is talking about how society puts a lot of pressure on girls and how it causes very bad things. That is why I think this article is very important to read.
