Mod Pizza

Mod Pizza in Oconomowoc is my family’s go to restaurant for food. When I go to Mod I’m a voracious eater, and I devour my pizza. We love being able to get our own personal sized pizza with all the toppings we want. Not only do they have awesome wood fired pizzas but they also have delicious salads. They also have options for people who are gluten free. They can make a different pizza crust that is gluten free. Which gives plenty of viable options for most people.

When you first walk in to Mod you see the awesome high ceilings with a rustic modern feel throughout the restaurant. The open pizza oven with the fire going inside of it. This gives Mod an inviting and cozy feel with a great family friendly atmosphere. When you get to the counter you are greeted by an employee who usually says, “Welcome to Mod!” They take your order and make your pizza or salad to your liking with all of your favorite toppings on them.

Each pizza order is marked with your name which makes it easy to pick up your pizza when it is done. Mod also has a variety of drink options including a Coca Cola products, lemonade, raspberry lemonade, and shakes. In my opinion, the ice dispenser at Mod has the best ice cubes because they are small, and as you drink you can crunch on the ice. When they call off your name you can pick up your pizza and find a place to sit. Mod is usually fairly busy, but finding a seat should not be an issue. When you are finished eating, there are plenty of garbage cans to dispose of you garbage. Also, if you didn’t finish your pizza, there are to go boxes by the soda machine as well as on the pick up counter.

Mod also has options where you can order online. This saves time, and your food will be ready when you get there. Mod is overall a nice place to eat with great food and fast service. My rating on Mod would be 5 stars.
