Have you ever had the juiciest, most perfect kind of steak? I am sure you have not experienced the pinkish-brown, large piece of meat on your plate that stands three inches tall. The Outback Steakhouse is the place you must go for a mouth watering dinner.

Are you now ready to jump into the car ready for a magnificent plate of prime rib steak? The Outback Steakhouse in located in Middletown (NJ), which is 4.4 miles away from here.  The parking lot does not have the greatest amount of space but if you get there at the right time you may get good spot. When I enter the restaurant a whiff of aroma flies up into my nose. The hosts are very kind and will give you a realistic estimate of the time you must wait. The host will eventually walk you to your seat at a pace were they want you to look around and enjoy the scenery they have established.

Each and every picture on the wall has come from Australia. The design of 9the place is very unique. The melody of the songs in the background is usually soft, low key, and occasionally instrumental. Just a few minutes later the welcoming waiter proceeds with her/his routine. They have warm welcoming smile and energy makes you feel as if you are their first customer. The menu looks so pleasing and you almost want to try a bit of every entree. Soon you’ll find the meal that you want you will order. But, first we always order our special appetizer. Salad and wings; and the wings must be mild. It is what I get every time my family and I go there. The different types of vegetables just roll out of the waiters tongue since they have memorized the different sides. After about 15 to 20 minutes,

Your food has arrived!!! They place the gleaming steak gently in front of you, making sure the sauce does not spill onto the table.

“Enjoy!” they will say as everyone starts to cut there steak.

The temperature of the food is not hot but not cold - it was like they prepared it for you perfectly. It was probably steaming when it came off the grill and they let it sit so you would be able to eat it when you first got it. The steak has been served with multiple spices and extra juice that make the steak more flavorful so you are wanting more. The sweet potato that I received were just perfect and had the largest mound of butter in the shape of an ice cream scoop on top. Side dishes and appetizers all combined well together. They all had their very own taste but you can tell they are made with the same oils and spices.

I sit, soaking in all the different flavors or the food. As I crunch away I can feel the soft dainty texture that the prime rib had and it was not difficult to chew at all. When my belly becomes full and I had soaked in all the different tastes of all the different foods that lay around the table we get our bill immediately and pay. As quick as we got up to leave the cleaning crew came over in the blink of an eye and they were cleaning up. They sanitized the table and put new clean plates and menus down for the next table. We headed for the door and the next family of four was walking to our table. I was amazed at how fast and organized they were.

The food was wonderful and I had a great dinner. The restaurant had me hooked and craving for more. They know what they are doing, and I am sure most of their customers will be coming back for another delicious meal.
