Which Coast?
So menacing and yet so freeing
Pearing up feeling like a little ant
Chicago quite the beauty and supreme being
Independence brought to life and worth the rant
What a glorious home away from home
Michigan Avenue, hot dogs, Navy Pier, and city pride
Never looking back but forward to roam
This city gives confidence to its people to be fearless worldwide
But to leave is to leave a piece behind,
Moving Midwest to the West Coast
Gathering new life experience, to be resigned
Is the West Coast truly the best coast to be a boast?
Having to learn new ways to expand the horizon
Four new years of change, time to be enlightened
