What happened to our love that we once had?
Has it faded away forevermore?
If the answer is yes, I will be sad
To know that our love has flown out the door.
Over the summer, my heart skipped a beat
At the thought of me with someone like you,
Yet now I do not know quite what to think
About the issues we are going through.
If only we could go back to those days
When our love for each other was intact;
