Football is a wonderful sport,
I have a passion for the connection of pads,
Football is a game played on grass not a court,
If i'm not playing football it can make me mad.

I love to keep the offense to a standstill,
I love to keep the other team from scoring a touchdown,
Sometimes it can be a handful,
You can make the offense look like a bunch of clowns.

I live for earning the ball and gaining yards,
I love making a block that helps the team score,
Playing football is fun but sometimes very hard,
When Im playing Im never satisfied I want more.

The best feeling in the world is to a drive alive,
or to make a stop with a massive hit,
In high pressure situations I thrive,
But if you screw up the coach will make you sit.

The sideline hollering and getting fired up,
I appreciate to hear my teammates cheering me on,
When people ask “will you win” my team yells “yup”
My teammates stick together we have a tight bond.
