Truth be Told: Homeless
Brokenness of their soul,
The hope fading away,
Mind fading off to nothingness
The smell radiating off them,
Trumps the people around,
They are rough around the edges
Vulnerability is seen,
But never heard
Their silent cry for help
No one is there to listen
Every day is a struggle,
A mystery at midst
Will today be their last day?
When will the struggle end?
Pain floods them,
As they drift to a sleep.
Only to wake
And go through it again
