I'm not perfect
I never will be
So please can you stop,
Trying to change me?
\
I'm lost in this world
Trying to find myself
But you've made my world
A living Hell
\
I have imperfections
I don't look like you
And because of this
You make me think it's true
\
That I am ugly
That I am pointless
That the life I have
Is meaningless
\
But, I am different
That does not make me wrong
I will never fit in
And for that I am strong.
\
I'm not perfect
I never will be
So please can you stop,
Trying to change me?
