My Prince

I see the way he looks at her
when she walks into the room.
And I see the way his eyes light up
when he's talkin' 'bout her.
And I'm trying hard to fake a smile
but inside it really hurts
to see him with her.
And I hope one day my prince will come,
and everything will work.
And I hope I'll find the fairy tale
that every girl deserves.
But for now it's hard to fake a smile
when there's just so much I feel.
When will my prince be real?
