Do you look down from heaven
and hate what you see.
Mommy am I all
you envisioned me to be?
I'm alone in my life,
lost in the crowd.
If you were still alive
would you be proud?
Or would you look at me with disgust?
With hate in each eye.
Like daddy does,
each time that I cry.
Would you be as cold to me
as everyone says you were.
Pushing me away
out of pain and anger?
Or would you love me
like I always wished you would?
Holding onto me,
no matter where I stood...
