Just smile,
hope you don’t have to hear,
hear that again,
hear the whispers of what happened,
without thinking of him.
Hoping you won’t walk by one of his friends
and think of him.
Not being able to say goodbye to him,
Ever again
People wonder what’s on your mind-
But do they truly want to know?
What you’re really thinking about.
Thinking you’ll never get to see,
see his perfect smile,
with his perfect blues eyes,
his perfectly placed freckles,
Ever again.
