I am; I understand

I am awkward and self conscious
I wonder why bad things happen to good people
I see the inequality
I see the misogyny, the misconception
I understand that life is an endless war zone
I witness the cruelty and the purity intertwining and I see black and white becoming an ominous grey
I know that I am not what I say
I know that I am not what others say
I know it is my decision to pick and choose
I know that I am a person to the world and the world is people to me
I understand that I live life at an standstill yet, where am I going?
