The Edge of the Wall MAG
I sat on the edge of the wall
The call from the wind
Was beautiful
I was shocked to still be standing,
Alive, awake, and well
I was sideways,
And my heart was upside down
My body floated
Off the ground
I was locked in freedom
Cold air became warmer
The icicles melted,
The sugarplums bolted,
And I was sadly falling asleep
Oh no, another dream
I woke to a world
Flat and round
It covered the land
And covered the sound
I used to hear from the edge of the wall
The markings, I missed,
And the scratches, I kissed
Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye
The world was back to normal
And so was I
