Cold, winter nights
Not a person outside
Just a blanket of snow
Concealing the roads
Huddling up
In a heap of blankets
Next to the fireplace
Glowing like coals in an engine
Frolicking in the snow
Sipping cocoa
Wearing long-sleeves
Avoiding the breeze
Sledding, skiing, snowboarding too
The greatest winter nights include being with you
Snuggling in front of the warm fireplace
The best kind of feeling’s a mother’s embrace
I love you, you love me too
I want all my winter nights to be spent with you.
