Wonders of the World
Far out in the distance
You can see the little house
The farm and trees
The horses and the cows
Below that is a little creek
And that is the valley in the south
You look out in the east
And the sunrise greets you
What once was the black dawn
Will be a kaleidoscope of colors
I stare at the beauty in awh
That's a view like no other
The Mountain peaks scrape the sky
The snow a double agent
Beauty invites you in for a trip
The cold takes you out without a shout
But the wonders of the north are known
By those who are brave and hold their own.
The sunsets over the sea
The waves sing the songs of the west
The birds fly above those who rest
So the world is truly beautiful.
