Dancing is my heaven

My bare feet on the wood
My ears consumng the music
My body moving, one with the beats
My mind, not in reality
My heaven, dance
The music is a blanket to me
The crowd is inspiration and motivation
The prasie is warmth
The pride is what makes beauty
But, before the stage?
The practice
The sweat
The love and passion
The tears
The pain
It's all worth it
The scolding
The disapointment
Then,
The makeup
On my face
And the makeup of my wrongs
This is dance for me
This is my heaven
This is dance
