It may not be forever...

I stand there with all my scars showing
I trust him.
He knows more about me than anyone does.
He stands nearby ready to help
While i fight my demons.
He is my main support
He is there for me
To catch me
When i fall.
I have trouble rolling with the punches in everyday life
I fight instead of thinking.
But not with him.
We may argue but,
We are quick to forgive.
Forgive and forget,
Thats what we do.
It's better that way.
We may not be forever, but
I'm happy anyways.
Good-bye, normal life
I'm in love.

I really love that last line "good-bye, normal life I'm in love." So sweet and beautiful. It sets up the image for me that when that one person comes into your life that everything with them is different in such a beautiful and magical. When you are with them it isn't normal because they have this ability to make things more magical and seeing that is love. Brilliant!
