No Help

frustration washes over my hazel eyes,
as my soft tears drizzle down the side of
my warm blushed cheeks
Why did he save me?
why would he do that for a stranger?
step in front of me,
to save my life
as the bullet drove through his still beating heart,
all we could do was watch,
no help,
no one but us.
