I watch the world around me whiri in a fit

Behind this window I stand alone

I'm around people who won't even throw me a bone

Behind this window I see eveyone change

Every one is turning a new page

Everyone exept for me

I like your interpretation of change, that you see throught a window, how everthing in the world, including people (people who don't really care for others, then themselfs.) everyone exept you.
