A monstrous white blob silhouetted by the sky and trees,
as I drive through the snow covered roads,
A big but kind giant with it’s soft powder,
but fierce teeth of ice that could ruin a day,
Snow curling around my snowboard,
Spraying out as my board cuts through the thick powder,

As the skiers snake the jumps and ruin the fun,
Yellow, blue and red jacket flapping in the wind as I fly between people,
Danger of trees and their long limbs as I carve through them,
The hard,cold rails with my board gliding over them,
Music keeping me going even through the hard parts,
As I lay in the dense powder between the trees that look like a furry green monster
I feel like I am floating on a cloud
