Forbidden

The moonlight is our only light
The stars are hidden
Lets meet at the footpath,
Where we fell in love
Our secret is safe
I've lost the key
Lets find another room
To hide out love

Hide and seek
Romeo and Juliet
A piano and a trumpet
Creating peaceful harmony
Dance to the rhythm,
Don't stomp it down:
Piano with Percussion,
Trumpet with Brass

We are fighters in war,
Survivers in a struggle
Let us free to create our own music

The author's comments:
Its about not having your parents approval or even your friends approval to be with dispite their race or gender. I refer to the instruments sections because that where they belong. At the end it basically means were fighting to be with each other, but our country has already won the war concerning equality.
