Looking for Love
Many times I hope for that someone who says
“Don’t you laugh”
“When I’m too far to hear the sound.”
Sometimes I wish someone would say
“Don’t you cry”
“When I’m not around.”
Sometimes I wish he would tell me
“I don’t want to say hello”
“Because after hello’s come good-bye’s.”
Many times I wish for him and me
To get terribly and completely lost
In each other’s eyes.
I want someone to tell me
“I don’t want to spend even a minute with you”
“I want years, weeks, days.”
I would want a love like this
That is just storm after storm
If the eye of it has his gaze.
I am looking for a love
Just like this.
