I have a river flowing through me
Sometimes free flowing, smooth
Other times rapid, hard to get through

Little pebbles, large rocks
Easy days, hard days
I like the easygoing days of smooth flowing rivers,
But love the challenging days with rapids.
I can get through tough obstacles

Never stepping in the same river twice
One obstacle after another
After a hard day's work
I am at peace

Seeing the small creatures below me
Looking around
Nature is my surrounding
The picture I see

Cold water, so refreshing
Wind gives a breeze
Walking through the waters
I am at ease
