Can you give a sunset?
A happy thought in life?
Are you the one I need
or just a pretty site?
Do you have answers for my questions,
or am I alone again?
It seems you're leaving me behind,
wondering when this will end!
I hope that I am wrong,
mistaken in some way.
Yet the likely hood of that,
seems so far away,
I guess I'll never get my answers,
and I'll never know the real you,
this is just what's left behind,
a fossil of the truth....
