You're Mine
Through love and loss I stand alone,
realizing that I don't have a home,
there is no where that I feel secure,
except in your arms where love is pure,
I try to hold back the tears I cry,
as the raindrops fall from the sky,
within your love I have something to feel,
but outside that box, nothing is real,
I grab on tight to the happiness I hold,
when I know that with you everything is gold,
and as I am trying to catch up with modern times,
I feel so safe just knowing that you're mine.
