Being Little
A little girl,
I once used to be.
I was as happy as a bumble bee.
But I wanted to be older,
Grow up to face the world.
Become a superhero,
Maybe save the world.
Being older was cool,
I could do whatever I wanted.
But now that I’m all grown up,
I wish I was little again.
Because there is not enough time,
To have play time with my friends again.
I wish that the clocks of time would go back in time.
To let me revisit the past,
And be little again.
