why is the tensionand pressure in the chest so agonizing
yet i love the weird pain
butterflies roaming in my stomach
as i walk down
on a red carpet
i see the face that stole my heart
i couldn't help but to stare
into what may become my future
my world
but as i lay in bed i never thought
that the person my mind could not let go of was
you
