I gave it my all
I fought with everything I had
I stood on the frontline of this friend warfare
I took the hit
My shield shattered
I was stabbed, punctured and bleeding
I tried to get out
It was too late
You were too cruel
I tried to wave my white flag
But my body was tainted with hate
My heart was consumed with the sting that you left
This is me in defeat
This is me giving up
This is me saying you won
Victory is yours
