Zip Lining
Under the towering canopy
Of the massive trees,
My heart beats
Like a hummingbird.
Adrenaline is rushing
And thoughts of danger
Fill my mind.
I take a deep breath
And slowly slide off.
I spread out my arms,
Smiling wider than
The universe.
Gliding effortlessly
Past the blurred trees,
I gasp at the view
Of the calming beach.
Going faster and faster
Wind blowing against my face,
Then
Stop.
