A True Warrior
The sight of you makes me feel yellow.
Your smile radiates onto every passersby.
Knowing what you’ve been through,
I know you put on a good show.
Deep down, you feel blue.
You hide your pain like a teenage boy.
The hurt and pain you endure daily,
makes me think of the deepest,
most darkest ugly red I have ever seen.
The color black signifies your fight.
You are like a warrior.
