Our sweat intermingles
You cup my face
Something feels off
Our hands interlace
Your cup overflows
I take what's left
You say I'm so smart
I feel inept
You say the joke louder
It still isn't funny
My body clenches
My nose is runny
Your mom still loves me
Mine doesn't miss you
I think of you in the shower
I can still smell your shampoo
