This Guy.
This Guy.
I used to think he was egotistical

I am Inaaya Siddiqui, and I am a senior in high school. I recently discovered poetry when I took Spoken Word the second semester of my Junior year. This is the first poem I've written in a while, and I'm happy that I got the energy to write this piece. It started as a journal entry ranting about my first few days of senior year when I realized this would make a great poem. I would not like to disclose who this poem is about or what feelings this piece is specifically referring to, I will leave that up for interpretation. I hope you enjoy reading this spontaneous-written-past-midnight poem!
