Into You
Into You
On the edge of reality I fade to discover.
A conscious mind falls into the pit of compliance
And it feels as if I finally sense the wire that connects me with this
body
The air, the same
But I run through it with a heavier footing
Into rapid scenes
Following a ecstasy submerged in the
past
I sail alone unearthing all the encompasses me
Sinking through my joints til all that wallows around me is ocean
I am destined to be this solemn
drifter
With no remembrance of signing these terms
Now shedding expectations
Naked with
acceptance
No more conception to layer between a past and a future
The scales tremble under me
For that opposite balance before me failed to find peace this
quickly
An umbrella casts its shadow
A hand of sweet support to understand this gesture of life
As I lay on my head to the ribs
Resting until or exhales sync
Sighing until our inhales hold
weight
The daydreams will call the curtain
Our bow will be set in gratitude
My voice will only call out to my soul
Through the hearts of the audience.
Hoping something saw me go.

I had a spiritual experience that inspired this poem about independence and finding an innocent part of you to heal.
