Mirror
A mirror
Back I stare
A ashen ghost of myself
Is this what I’ve become?
My face is blotchy
My eyes are red
My hair a mess
There's more to this reflection
Yet I do not press
It holds its problems and it’s flaws
But life holds me in it’s bloody paws
As long as i’m stuck
I am alive
but one day i’ll float away to the sky
If that is soon
I do not know
For now down this endless river
I shall row
