Rose
The tough feeling of the petal
It looks as if it's peeling away
May look soft but still skeletal
Rising up seeking air
Looking unsettled
Glancing at the dark clouds
Just doesn't seem fair
Waiting for the spark of light
It must be rare
Fighting the sore for weak
The glare toward the sky
You just won't rise
Dealing with the stress you realize
The darkness you face
There's just nothing left
For you to face

Something about my poem is that it expresses different types of emotions but it is only about a certain subject, being able to explain how the object felt or how the surroundings are would and will be a difficult task.
