On All Hallows’ Eve, The Great Pumpkin did arrive. 

While all of the children slept soundly inside

Its orange shell beamed, shining and bright

Leaving gifts on each porch, all throughout the night.

Little Timmy felt a rattle from outside his house

The Great Pumpkin was too big, to be as quiet as a mouse.

With a shriek and a startle, Timmy left his bed

Waking up Suzy, and Kyle, and Ned.

“Follow Me” Timmy whispered, while peering out the door

The children followed, while sipping tiles on the floor.

A ray of bright orange light, shined in their eyes

“The Great Pumpkin is here!”, they all screamed in surprise.

As the sun began to rise, the Great Pumpkins time was over

So he sank back to the ground saying “I’ll see you next October”.
