This side of heaven
I have more questions for God
than He could answer in an
eternity.
That He was once flesh as fragile as mine
creates a red hot line of impossible inquiry
which I speak for the sake of speaking.
I dance circles around my fears until I most literally capsize
and my desires surmise an answer only I alone will ever realize
this side of heaven.
