The Hero, The Villian
The hero loves you enough to let you go
The hero loves you enough that he sacrifices you to save the world
The hero receives your love and he's mended by your love,
The villain loves you enough not to let you go
The villain loves you enough that he sacrifices the world to save you
The villain receives your hatred and he's scarred by your love
But you see not all are psychopaths, they're just broken ceramic mugs
What if it was the other way round
What if the villain receives your love and he's mended
What if the hero was the villain because he didn't strive to save you
What if the hero was the villain who made death come your way.

I watched a movie wherein everyone criticised the antagonist and didn't get to see the scars behind it. This piece helped in giving a different perspective and breaking away from my writer's block.
