Nothingness
It was dark
There was a cloud looming over me
I lay paralyzed on the ground
I wanted answers, but none came
I got scared by what might come of me
Was I dreaming or worse was I dead
Nothing, other than me and a dark room
Nothing, other than me and my emotions
Nothing, at all
I saw it
A shimmer of light
It came from the opposite end of what I now know is a hallway
It was gone just as fast as it was there
Nothing, once again
Nothing, other than me and this dark room
Nothing, other than me and my emotions
Nothing, at all
Wind came through the other end of the hallway
As a door flew open
I tilt my head back and see a new form of light
But the light was broken as a silhouette of a man appeared
It was gone as fast as it was there
Nothing, once again
Nothing, other than me and this dark room
Nothing, other than me and my emotions
Nothing, at all
