I remember when I was happy to leave the tretched place
I used to call home
yet a slight ring came over me
when the house smiled and told me how much I've grown,
and suddenly I never wanted to leave.

This is about change of how I grew up and never saw it coming. I spent so much time thinking of all the negatives that had happened and how excited I was to grow up but then when it truly came to an end, I was regretful and dissapointed that I didn't cherish my time there.
