BEAUTIFUL
I was laughed at when walked down the halls
Some laughed at my colour, other at my figure
Some made me think I’m fattest
While others were there to make me feel ugly
All I used to do is- go to the washrooms and cry
Until one day I understood what I had to do
Why let others define me
Yes I were xxl, yes I’m dark
But that doesn’t mean I’m not a human
You may be pretty but there is always someone
Prettier, taller, fairer than you
You can just always compare and feel defeated
Everyone is beautiful inside out, not with makeup
But with their individual self.
