Why?
Why do we do this?
Why do we go and lie about the unknown?
Why do we hide our biggest desire?
Why?
I ask these questions but no one answers them,
They hide the answer
They say it’s a puzzle of the unexplained
When really they’re terrified
Terrified to actually tell our children what will happen
What they will become
Why we lie
So they hide
From the world
From their loves
From their desires
But the question we should ask is
Why?

It's true, I do ask a lot of questions and every one of them is unanswered. But the question is why?
