I ache for the hellos and fear the goodbyes. Every new smile, every new face, holds a story, and I’m sure it’s one worth reading. It’s just like they say, you can’t judge a book by its cover. Believe me, I’ve tried and regretted it, and ultimately I would find that their story would somehow mirror my own. We have walked in each other’s shoes for as long as we can remember, however, we have been clueless to the owner of footprints.
Look around, and tell me what you see. Are you really different? Are they? Perhaps deep down, we are all fraternal twins, the same species with a different look, just a person with a different chapter, yet all part of the same book.
