Life is Like...
Our lives are like a band
We’re blasting our music loud,
We play as we stand.
We play music for the crowd.
We made a great new record,
And everyone focuses on us.
As we all are adored.
One hit brings us to the top. Thus,
We keep making a new song,
And going on long trips
We keep rocking on strong
Going through many bags of chips.
The band is getting older,
We need more money.
Everyone’s gotten colder,
And we’re all out of honey.
The drummer has a kid,
We all have gotten elderly.
All that we did,
Is just a memory.
