As always
Things begin to
change as the
orange and red
sphere
falls below the
dim horizon.
No longer glowing
with radiance
my body
turning
and I
cry
until I no
longer feel the
tears falling from
my eyes.
Until the night creeps
into morning
and my head
rests upon my
own barrier of
emotions.
Turning itself off.
Understanding that
I have no
control.
Once again
one innocent
person taken captive
by the pain and
the loneliness.

"I'm in love with you, and I know that love is just a shout into a void, and that oblivion is inevitable... and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we'll ever have, and I am in love with you." Augustus Waters
