Fellow Thespian MAG
When you say "life is a stage"
I don't think you realize that
youare the actor
wearing your theatrical mask,
and going through your plannedroutine
directed by someone other than
yourself
And when you find
you have forgotten your line
and accidentally say
what you reallymean
you cower in shame,
for being yourself
afraid that your audience
will fill the hall with hissing,
when the only one in the audience,
is yourself.
