the notion MAG
Hey, I’ve got this notion
that in the end we’ll both be okay
I’ll set this love in motion
Set down your load
Just watch me press play
And it’ll all unfold
Let me hold your trembling heart
Realize that these truths
Are worth more than
Our weight in gold
You said don’t
Just live and settle
’Cause being like them
Leaves nothing to find
And what’s the use in living
Unless we both decide
Not to fall into line

this is very good, i love the rhyming patterns and the style which makes it a free verse
i remember when i got phrases like "the androids" and "soft pools of black light" into my head and vowed to make poems out of them; the second one came out as RUBBISH, the first was okay
your writing style is quite like mine, i wonder if we all think alike in depressing ways.
