My Grandpa
My grandpa was born July 10, 1936 and died January 2, 2012. My grandpa had throat cancer from smoking when he was younger. The few months before he died he could barely talk at all, and when it come close to December he couldn't talk at all. He had to have a device put in his throat that could help him breathe. Before he got the device out in he couldn't eat, barely sleep, and couldn't talk. It got worse down throughout the month. On Christmas day he had to go to the hospital because he couldn't breathe. It was okay throughout the rest of the month. But on January 2, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. he couldn't breathe and he was choking on his own blood, the ambulance people said he was already dead but they brought him back. They rushed him to the hospital, they wanted to rush him to UK but couldn't take the risk of dong it. We sat at the hospital, and at about 6:30 p.m. the doctors came out and told us he is gone. I didn't know what to do, i couldn't handle the pressure, it was too much. I was so very close to him. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, it was terrible news. This is how my grandpa died. =(
